Ensure everyone understand the objectives and key deliverables for the Sprint and their alignment to the broader OKRs and strategy.
Agree on Next Sprint’s Work
Define deliverables and tasks for next two weeks. Detail expectations to work within budget.
Adjust Plan
Update deliverables and priorities for any new market conditions or
competitive knowledge.
